Our Process for Creating Luxury Landscape Design in Toronto

OGS Landscape provides comprehensive, in-house landscape design, planning, and consultation services.

Together, we will explore materials, features, and unique solutions that enhance your property to ensure it offers both beautiful aesthetics and functionality. We then customize the design choices according to your lifestyle, unique needs and desires, as well as your budget. Our goal is to perfectly blend these elements into an elevated design.

Our Process

Phase 1: Concept Creation

  • Initial design consultation.

  • In-person site evaluation where we take detailed measurements of your unique property, including elevations of the working area. We also take the time to gain a deep understanding of your desires and needs for the project.

  • Our team of professional landscape designers and architects craft your bespoke design.

  • Collaborative review of a first draft design.

  • 1 design revision if needed (additional design revisions may be requested for an additional fee).

  • We invite you to our design centre to present your design. 

    • We showcase 2D renderings as well as 3D construction drawings so you can envision your new outdoor space. 

    • We review a detailed construction proposal with project timelines.

    • We review personalized selections including materials and samples.

Phase 2: Virtual Renderings

  • Our design team will use a software to generate a 3D rendering for a lifelike representation of what the completed project will look like.

Phase 3: Construction Package

  • Our design team will finalize drawings and specifications, including a design plan.

  • A materials list will be completed with the types and colours of each item required.

  • If you choose to have OGS Landscape install your project, the cost of Phase 3 will be deducted from your Installation Contract.
