Our History of
Luxury Landscaping in Toronto

1953

Founded in 1953 by Rene Thiebaud Sr., Oshawa Garden Service (OGS) quickly became the area’s most trusted Landscape Services Firm for design & build landscape services.

1966

A relocation in 1966 brought OGS to its current location on Thickson Rd, Whitby. Since then, OGS has become Toronto’s go-to full service luxury landscape design & build company.

2010

A third generation of the Thiebaud family, Rene’s two sons, Rich & Drew joined the landscape firm and continued to drive his vision forward, establishing a tradition of quality landscapes, luxury and excellence.

2023

OGS celebrated an incredible 70th anniversary, after recently updating its brand and identity to honour the past, grow its team, and invest in the future.
